Chad Farnes

Chad Farnes (he/him) creates photo-realistic and unique art out of unconventional items, such as tape or carpet samples. By layering together quotidian materials, Farnes is able to create captivating, one-of-a-kind art pieces. The use of unconventional materials extends to all of Farnes’s pieces, from 2D art to 3D art made out of items such as railroad spikes. Farnes has displayed his art at galleries throughout Utah and the United States. He has created permanent art installations for institutions throughout the state, such as the Salt Palace Convention Center and the Herriman state liquor store.
