Margaret Willis
Margaret Willis (she/her) is an artist, teacher, outdoor enthusiast, and nature lover. A bit of an artist of all trades, she loves to work with a plethora of materials, from oil paints to giant upcycled sculptures, to intricate colored-pencil mandalas, to nature-inspired murals. She inherited her curiosity about the world from a family of world-traveling, nature-loving scientists. As an active traveler and explorer, she has been enthusiastically chronicling her world through her art since she was a small child. Margaret studied painting, sculpture, and printmaking at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, PA, where she earned her degree in fine arts and has since had her work shown nationally and internationally. She currently lives in Utah, where she engages in creating community art with kids and families, and has finished her second nature-based coloring book to both educate and inspire readers about animals and our ecosystems.
