Amanda Stewart

District 7

Amanda Stewart is the founder and creative director of Mochi Kids and Mochi Play Store, an apparel brand and lifestyle shop in Salt Lake City’s 9th & 9th neighborhood. Amanda has called Salt Lake City home for 17 years and holds a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Middle East Studies–Arabic from the University of Utah. She is passionate about the role of art in fostering connection, celebrating identity, and building community. When she’s not working, Amanda loves traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
