Matt Monsoon
Matt Monsoon (he/his) is a Salt Lake City-based artist, renowned for his mural work, creative designs, and public sculptures found throughout SLC and the Intermountain West. Monsoon’s artworks speak in vivid hues, flowing lines, and subtle details that keep the viewer increasingly rewarded with view after view. He is capable in a variety of mediums, from murals, sculptural work, and creative design across a spectrum of industry needs. Monsoon won a bronze award in the 2023 National Mural Awards for his piece The Migrant and the Moon in Midvale, Utah. He has managed six-figure commissions and large public works, and is committed to creating artwork that engages and reflects the communities they are created for.
